Steps for New User

If you are a new user, follow the steps below after login:

Step 1: Create your own information title within a group 

  1. Select Add/Edit Headings  button. An Add/Edit information window will pop out.
  2. If you want to add a file under a directory, click on the directory name.
  3. If you would like to change the file name instead, click the  Edit button beside.
  4. To add a message box, choose Text as file type, choose other types to upload your own files. See Add/Edit Headings for further details
  5. Click Back button to finish editing.

Step 2: Upload your files

  1. In the main window, click theUpload File(s) button to go to upload window.
  2. Select the file name you want to upload in the left frame by clicking on it.
  3. Choose browse button in the right frame to select the file you want to upload, then click the Upload file to upload or Reset Form to clear the form.
  4. If the file type you uploaded is image, you can add or change a  caption for it by clicking the Caption button after you uploaded the file.
  5. The upload result will be shown in the right frame. Click Back  button to go back. See Upload File(s) for further details.
